This policy covers eduaspire.in ("EduAspire", "we", "us"). EduAspire is a brand operated as an education discovery and counselling service; it is not currently registered as a separate corporate entity distinct from its operator. If that changes, this page will be updated to name the registered entity.
We collect information you choose to give us — through the "Talk to a counsellor" / contact forms (name, phone, email, city, and the course you're interested in) — and basic technical information any website receives automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral/campaign parameters if you arrived via a tracked link). We do not ask for or store financial information, government ID numbers, or academic transcripts through this site.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your contact details with a university or college without your knowledge in the course of arranging guidance you asked for. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in if you're an administrator, and to remember campaign parameters (like which link you clicked to arrive here) for the duration of your visit. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@eduaspire.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
University and course information on EduAspire is sourced from official institution websites, government/regulatory bodies and reputable education directories, as described in our disclaimer. This policy covers data you give us, not the institutional facts we publish.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
