Is EduAspire free to use?
Yes. Searching, browsing, comparing universities and courses, and using the free student tools cost nothing and don't require signup. Personal counselling is also free to the student — EduAspire is compensated separately by some institutions, never by charging students for guidance.
How accurate is the information on EduAspire?
Every fact comes from an official university website, a government/regulatory source, or a reputable education directory — never invented. Pages distinguish between individually verified facts and broader, less-verified listings, and show "Not publicly disclosed" rather than guessing when we don't have a confirmed figure. See our disclaimer.
Why don't I see fees or rankings for some universities?
We only publish figures we can confirm from an official or reputable source. If a university hasn't publicly disclosed its fees, or we haven't verified a specific number yet, the page says so honestly instead of estimating.
My university/course isn't listed yet — can you add it?
Our database is growing progressively, prioritising the institutions and courses students search for most. If something real is missing, tell us via the contact page and we'll look into sourcing it properly.
How does the comparison tool work?
Pick 2 to 4 universities or courses (using the "+ Compare" button on any listing, or the picker on the Compare page) and see them side by side on location, courses, fees, eligibility and more.
Does being listed on EduAspire mean a university is a partner?
No. Being listed means we've sourced factual information about that institution — it does not imply a business relationship. Where EduAspire does have a direct admissions partnership with an institution, that will be stated explicitly.
How do I talk to a counsellor?
Use the "Talk to a counsellor" button on the homepage or any university/course page, or the contact page. Someone will follow up with you directly — there's no pressure to commit to anything.
Is my personal information safe?
We collect only what you give us through an enquiry form, use it to follow up with you, and never sell it to third parties. See our privacy policy for details.
Do the CGPA/percentage calculators use the official formula?
They use the standard published formula (e.g. CBSE's official CGPA × 9.5 conversion). Different boards and universities can use slightly different methods — where a precise figure matters for an application, confirm with your board or institution directly.
What's the difference between "verified" and general listings?
A verified fact has been individually confirmed against an official source with a recorded citation. A general listing is sourced from a broader public compilation (like a government gazette or regulatory list) but hasn't been individually deep-checked yet — both are real, neither is invented, but verified facts carry a higher confidence bar.
